This article is long overdue. But I told Paul I will write it and so here it is. 

You might know about the channel #jesus on gamesurge on irc. Well, thats where all this started. p1tty from Ciraco told me about #jesus a long time back, around the time when me and meek were the only ones in jl for cod2. So I checked out #jesus, and Adrian was the only op (admin) there. I decided I'll help out, and told Adrian about JL, and said I'd like to help out. He asked me a question, and I answered (its secret, can't make this a walkthrough), and became an op.

That is where I met Paul (dohboy) from wikkid. We just talked a bit here and there, just like you chat with people on irc. Then one day I get a pm from him - he noticed I'm from Waterloo because of my hostname (uwaterloo.ca) and pmmed me. He was planning to go to a weekend youth conference called Overlow 2006 - Famous One (The famous One being Jesus) with a friend, and his friend couldn't come. So he was praying that he could find someone to give the ticket to, and I said sure, a free ticket to a neat conference, with Sanctus Real and more bands playing? Why Not. And Paul got a free place to stay: my room in residence.

It was a real nice conference, I loved it. Also, I have to mention that many people commented on Paul's t-shirt (Seen in the attached picture). I thought t-shirts weren't that visible. Speaking of which, I need to get that anit-Darwin t-shirt now.

The worship was the music that I enjoyed the most. Jeff Deyo was leading worship, and Paul and myself managed to snag a picture with him =].

It was great meeting Paul, I have to say. He's a new brother in Christ, and we probably will meet again... soon :P

What still remains in my head from that Conference was what the main speaker, Mike Pilavachi said on Saturday Night while concluding - "Never Give Up! Never GiveUp! NEVER GIVE UP!". And that I will abide to. I won't give up with JL. For I know the lord my God is with us.
